SASHA
SASHA, KNOWN AS THE YOGA THERAPIST, IS A CERTIFIED YOGA THERAPIST, TEACHER, AND COACH WITH A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALING.
Sasha’s journey into holistic therapy began after a successful career in the film industry, where she worked as an actor and producer. Although her time in the industry was rewarding, she found herself seeking deeper fulfillment and wanting to facilitate lasting change on an individual and community level. It was through Kundalini Yoga that Sasha first experienced a transformative shift, leading her to become not only a teacher but a yoga therapist. With a bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology, she merged her academic expertise with her passion for yoga, sound and energy healing to better understand the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
Drawing from her own diverse heritage, including Rwandan traditions of community and ancestral wisdom, traditional Hungarian self-healing practices alongside the Belgian creative spirit, Sasha blends science-based methods with holistic healing to help clients achieve mental clarity, emotional wellbeing, physical strength, and greater resilience.
By combining contemporary research in psychology, neuroscience, and physiology, Sasha offers a holistic healing approach tailored to each individual. She specialises in supporting those facing burnout, emotional strain, or finding themselves at a crossroad in their life, knowing there is more to be experienced but not quite sure how to get there. Through the Elevate Method, she helps them regain balance and reconnect with their higher self .
Sasha is deeply committed to addressing the whole person, using her skills and experience to help others reconnect with their inner truth and create lasting transformation for themselves and their community. She works with individuals seeking personal healing as well as groups and organisations looking to foster resilience, wellbeing, and deeper connection within their teams.
